Why Can't The White Powdery Decomposition Product Be Removed By Other Methods?
During the dismantling of container sf6 circuit breaker operating mechanism, white or light gray powdery decomposition products often appear inside. These powders are metallic fluorides, posing significant hazards to human health and the environment.
The powder particles are extremely fine and easily dispersed by air currents. If methods such as compressed air, vibration, or tapping are used to clean the inner walls and interior of container sf6 circuit breaker spring mechanism, which may cause powder dispersion, dust will be released from the enclosed space into the work environment. Workers without appropriate protective equipment are highly susceptible to inhalation or skin contact.
Inhalation of this white decomposition product can cause respiratory irritation, lung damage, skin and eye burns, or allergic reactions.
Air circulation and powder dispersion paths within the container are difficult to predict. If dust disperses into the air, it will contaminate pipes, tools, and protective equipment, increasing the difficulty of subsequent maintenance and cleaning.
