Off-center conductors will cause uneven epoxy resin thickness within epoxy bushing manufacturer, potentially leading to uneven contact between the insulation layer and the conductor, or an asymmetrical electric field distribution. This asymmetry may alter the electric stress distribution at epoxy bushing for transformer, causing localized electric field concentration and thus affecting long-term operational reliability.

During installation, please use specialized clamps or guides to ensure the conductor is concentric with epoxy bushing. Do not rely on visual alignment or experience gained during manual blow molding. Alignment errors should be kept within permissible limits—excessive eccentricity or tilt will result in stress concentration and reduced mechanical strength after subsequent casting and curing.
