When installing Lv Pole Mounted Circuit Breakers on a 10kV public line, the operation and maintenance department, management unit, safety supervision department, and dispatch center should jointly conduct a site survey to determine the installation location. During the site survey phase, technical personnel from each department should conduct a detailed investigation of the overhead line structure, conductor type, tower branching, load distribution, and operation and maintenance conditions of the proposed installation section.
