Although cable suspension clamp seems inconspicuous in the use of electricity, it is actually a very important wiring connector. The traditional H-shaped aluminum crimping wire clamp has the disadvantages of being non-reusable and non-detachable when used. For use in some parts of the country, due to the use of a ejection gun during installation, the clamping process is prone to clamping deviation, making one of the wires or cables too tight and the other side of the cable or wire too loose, resulting in poor connection effect.
The inner wedge block of aerial cable suspension clamps is provided with an axially symmetrical scale for distinguishing the tightness of the wires or conductors on both sides, which can improve the connection effect of the wires or cables as a whole. It includes a wire clamp seat, which has a wire clamp groove. The wire clamp groove includes semicircular wire grooves on both sides and a wedge-shaped groove connecting the two wire grooves. The wire clamp groove is equipped with an inner wedge block, and the side wall of the inner wedge block is provided with an inner groove that matches the semicircular wire groove. The characteristic is that: the upper end face of the inner wedge block is provided with a plurality of interval-distributed engraved lines, the intervals of the engraved lines are set with equal diameters, and the engraved lines are distributed on the left and right sides with the center line of the upper end face of the inner wedge block as the symmetry line. The engraved lines are distributed from the middle to both sides until the edge of the upper end face. When the wire or cable is inserted into the wire grooves on both sides, the wedge block is driven to move toward the side with the smaller diameter of the wire clamp groove to compress the wire or cable. During the compression process, the compression conditions of the wires and cables on the left and right sides are judged by observing the coverage of the engraved lines on the inner wedge to provide the connection effect of the wires and cables.
