Industrial Gateway Equipment Connection Technology Solution-youle Multi-layer Small Pitch Cable Terminal Block Connector
With the standardization and integration of the electrical industry, the use of connectors has become more and more standardized. Traditional winding connections have been eliminated. The new fast cable lugs connector is more convenient to install, safer and more stable, and the market application rate is gradually increasing. Today, I invited Youle Electric technicians to share a connection application case of an embedded industrial communication gateway.
The embedded industrial communication gateway adopts a high-performance embedded computing platform, with built-in communication acquisition protocol library and forwarding protocol library. It can collect data from multiple different subsystems at the same time, perform data aggregation, classification and preprocessing, and forward data to multiple upper-level scheduling and other platform systems. Built-in real-time data processing engine and control operation engine facilitate the expansion of system applications, forming various unattended stations and "black box" historical records and analysis systems. It can be used as a distributed data acquisition device, industrial protocol intelligent conversion gateway, power communication server or communication front-end machine and other equipment. It is widely used in energy management, integrated control, MES, command and dispatch, etc. It is widely used in metallurgy, power automation and intelligent transportation.
The figure below shows an industrial gateway device. The connector used on the outside of the device is the LZ3 series double-layer wire lugs. Youle produces two pitches of 3.81mm and 5.08mm. The case in this article uses a 3.81mm small pitch terminal block. The LZ3 series terminal block is composed of solder pins and insulating parts. There are two models, R (bent pin)/H (straight pin), and the difference lies in the installation direction. The electrical lugsH type has the same upper and lower layers, which can be flat-connected to the PCB or embedded in the shell. The rated voltage is 160V and the rated current is 8A. Flanges can be added on both sides for a more stable connection. This series terminal lugs can be used in conjunction with the LC series plugs of the same pitch, plug-in combination, to meet the needs of high-density wiring.
