Design Of Movable Pressure Block In Insulator And Fitting Assembly

In the hardware assembly design, a matching movable pressure block is arranged at the connection between the hardware and overhead power line insulators to improve the flexibility of the fit between the components. This movable pressure block can be adjusted according to the on-site angle and positioning requirements during the assembly process, and at the same time assists in positioning the tension insulator end fittings so that they match the mating surfaces of the fitting connectors.

The geometry of the movable pressure block must consider the operability for on-site construction personnel. The hardware end needs to be adjustable within a predetermined range, requiring the contact surface between the pressure block body and the insulator end hardware to be both easy to adjust and maintain installation accuracy, thereby meeting the connection consistency requirements of high-voltage lines.
