suspension clamp with i hook: Used for connecting fiber optic cables to poles and towers during fiber optic cable line construction. The preformed wire provides protection and improves vibration resistance for the fiber optic cable. The special design of the preformed wire ensures that ab cable suspension clamp itself does not generate stress concentrations that could damage the fiber optic cable, thus ensuring the normal lifespan of the fiber optic cable system.

Composition:
U-shaped hanging ring: Hot-dip galvanized steel U-shaped hanging ring, used for connection with pole and tower fasteners.
Right-angle ring: Hot-dip galvanized steel standard part, used to connect the embedded ring and the U-shaped hanging ring.
Embedded ring: Hot-dip galvanized precision cast steel embedded ring, embedded in the abc suspension clamp U-shaped bending head, playing a role in protecting j hook suspension clamp.

Protective wire preformed strands: Made of galvanized steel wire or aluminum-clad steel wire. The inner wall of the preformed strands is coated with a layer of fine diamond particles to increase friction. The preformed strands are pre-fabricated into four sub-bundles at the factory to avoid installation errors and facilitate quick installation. The ends of the preformed strands are bent radially outward to prevent compression damage to the fiber optic cable.

Tension preformed strands: Made of galvanized steel wire or aluminum-clad steel wire. The preformed strands are pre-fabricated into bundles at the factory, and a layer of strong diamond particles is adhered to the inner wall to increase the gripping force of suspension clamp for ab cable while reducing lateral pressure on the fiber optic cable.

Usage Guide:
① Used for connections to terminal poles, tension poles, poles with a corner (elevation) angle greater than 25°, and splicing poles. The specific configuration is: terminal pole - 1 set/pole; tension pole - 2 sets/pole; splicing pole - 2 sets/pole.
② Select suspension clamp for abc cable according to the cable diameter, maximum allowable tension (MAT) of the fiber optic cable, or span. Users can select the appropriate suspension clamp for lt ab cable according to the selection specification table.
