Waterproof pre-insulated sleeve MJPB compression connectors for service cables
Application:
WJPB suitable for stranded aluminium conductors up to 35 mm² and stranded copper conductors up to 16mm².
Description:
An aluminium (phase) or aluminium alloy (neutral) sleeve with a stop in the middle.
A black thermoplastic sealed with a flexible elastomer ring.
A neutral contact grease in the tube which improve the contact area and protect the aluminium against oxydation.
The crimping is realized on the plastic part according to the marks on the body of the sleeve.
Features:
MJPB sleeves withstand the tests described in the French standard NFC 33021 and in ESI 43-14.
They are water resistant and pass the dieletric test of 6 kV in water.
They withstand : 50% of the mechanical phase breaking load.
100 % of the mechanical neutral messenger breaking load.
80% of the conductor load in the self supporting version (MJPT type Alus).
A color code permits to check easily the cable size
