What Are The Precautions When Operating A 35kv High-voltage Isolating Switch?
Matters needing attention when operating 35KVhigh voltage isolator:
1. When high voltage isolator switch is far away from the circuit breaker and it is difficult to use mechanical interlocking, the lock key of hv isolator can be stored at the circuit breaker or on the operating handle of the control switch of the circuit breaker. The key can only be taken out to open the corresponding isolating switch after the circuit breaker is opened to avoid pulling the switch with load;
2. A mechanical interlocking device of the grounding wire is installed at the hv isolator switch operating mechanism. Before the grounding wire is not removed, the isolating switch cannot be closed.
3. During maintenance, the high voltage electrical isolator with the grounding knife should be carefully checked to ensure that the mechanical interlocking device between the main blade and the grounding knife is in good condition. The grounding knife should be opened first when the main blade is closed.
4. A mechanical interlocking should be installed between isolator high voltage and the circuit breaker. A connecting rod mechanism is usually used to ensure that the isolating switch cannot be opened when the circuit breaker is in the closed position.
5. Use the auxiliary contacts on the oil circuit breaker operating mechanism to control the electromagnetic lock so that the electromagnetic lock can lock the operating handle of the high-voltage disconnector to ensure that the operating handle of the high-voltage disconnector cannot be operated before the circuit breaker is disconnected.
