IP68 waterproof principle of 4 pole power distribution block:

◆ The upper cover of din rail power distribution terminal blocks adopts threaded compression method, which is easy to install.

◆ The inner pressure cover is directly pressed to seal to prevent the sealing rubber ring from being squeezed and deformed.

◆ The sealing rubber ring is made of high-quality silicone material, and the surface adopts a double arc design. When pressed, it can form two upper and lower vacuum chambers to form vacuum isolation.

◆ The inlet is equipped with a high-quality waterproof connector to ensure that moisture and water cannot enter.

◆ The product waterproof pressure test reaches 0.4MPa, and there is no leakage or deformation after 72 hours of pressure; after long-term installation and inspection in the surface well, it perfectly meets the design expectations.

How to use power distribution block 4 pole:

1. Remove the upper cover, inner pressure cover and locking nut of the waterproof connector of din distribution block.

2. Pass the cables to be connected at both ends into the locking nut of the waterproof connector.

3. Pass the cables at both ends through the waterproof connector, arrange the wire sequence, and fasten them to the wiring terminals one by one with a small cross screwdriver.

4. Adjust the length of the cable inside electrical power distribution blocks, and fasten the locking nut of the waterproof connector to the waterproof connector.

5. Press the inner pressure cover onto the base.

6. Fasten the upper cover to the base, and the power terminal blocks electrical wiring is completed.
