The product shell is made of high-strength, anti-oxidation special aluminum alloy die-casting; the inner wedge is made of weather-resistant engineering plastics; the shell and the inner wedge are matched in a clamp dead end shape, with the characteristics of high strength, good grip, no power loss, and easy installation.
It is suitable for the terminal of the overhead insulator string at both ends of the tension section of 10kV and below overhead insulated wires to fix and tighten the overhead insulated wires. The wire cross-section is 16~300mm2, and the insulation layer does not need to be stripped during installation. This product is also suitable for steel-core aluminum stranded insulated overhead cables (JKLGYJ, JKLGYJ/Q type).
Since it was first installed and put into operation in 1998, it has been in operation for more than five years and has been promoted and used by hundreds of power users and has been well received. In order to meet the requirements of different users, this series of products currently has six types, each type is equipped with different insulation reinforced plastic inner wedges according to the wire specifications.
