6.1 Materials:
6.1.1 The cable shall comply with the requirements of "Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables with rated voltage of 450/750V and below" (GB5023), with intact insulation layer, uniform thickness, and heat-resistant and flame-retardant
marks.
6.1.2 Cable insulation piercing connector shall comply with the requirements of "Low-voltage circuit connection devices for household appliances and similar purposes" (GB13140) and "Electric Power Fittings" (GB/T2317.3-2000), and have the following properties:
1. Mechanical properties: The connector has no cracks under the pulling force of the wire.
2. Waterproof insulation performance: The underwater insulation strength is as high as 15KV (medium voltage) / 6KV (low voltage).
3. Temperature rise performance: When a large current passes through, the temperature rise of the connector is lower than the temperature rise of the connecting wire.
4. Electrical performance: The special torque bolt ensures constant puncture pressure and ensures good electrical contact.

6.2 Main equipment and tools: megohmmeter (ZC-7, 500V), socket wrench (with cable clamp), hacksaw, pliers, screwdriver, wallpaper knife, etc.
7. Quality Control
7.1 According to the "Construction Quality Acceptance Code for Building Electrical Engineering" (GB50303-2000) and the "Installation" in the Shandong Provincial Engineering Construction Standard "Construction Engineering Construction Process Code" (DBJ14-032-2004).
7.2 Cable laying is strictly prohibited from having defects such as twisting, armor flattening, sheath fracture and surface scratches.
