Based on the GB/T2317-2000 standard for thermal cycling tests of electrical accessories, insulation piercing clamp exhibited good structural stability and material adaptability during repeated temperature rise-fall cycles. In actual tests, ipc cable connector after a specified number of thermal cycles, the gaps, deformation, and fatigue conditions at the contact parts and conductor connections were all within controllable ranges. ipc insulation piercing connector, after thermal cycling tests, showed no significant separation or loosening between the metal clamps and plastic insulation during thermal expansion and contraction.
