4.1 Carefully handle the parallel groove connector contact surface during construction and maintenance. 4.2 Select a suitable contact pressure. Compressible equipment wire clamps should be used to increase the contact area, and electrical composite grease should be applied to prevent contact surface oxidation and increased contact resistance due to dirty substances.
4.4 Strengthen inspections during operation. For heavy-load lines, use infrared thermal imagers to measure the temperature of contact points to determine whether there are hidden defects at the connection points.
4.5 Strictly follow the construction specifications and construction standards, grasp the acceptance of new, modified and expanded projects, and take the connection points as the acceptance focus.
4.6 Adjust the operation mode, try not to overload operation, and keep the operating temperature no more than 80℃.
