How To Use Stainless Steel Cable Ties For Packaging
How to pack with stainless steel ties:
1. Pass metal wire ties through the buckle, with the opening of the buckle facing upward and the end of stainless steel wire ties extending away from the operator
2. Pass 316 stainless steel cable through the buckle from the top of the box and wrap ss zip ties around the box and return to the bottom of the item
3. Pass heavy duty stainless steel cable ties through the buckle again to form a loop, and make sure that the end of steel ties extends about 6 cm from the buckle
4. Bend the end of ss cable ties downward so that the end is between coated stainless steel cable and the box
5. Tighten heavy duty metal zip ties around the box and ensure that the distance between the buckle and the edge of the box is at least 3 cm
6. Hold the tool with your left hand to ensure that the front opening and the slot of the ratchet are in a straight line
7. Pass steel wire ties through the opening and the ratchet slot to ensure that the cutting belt locking block is in the locked position
8. Hold the cutting handle with your right hand and the tensioning handle with your left hand and move it back and forth to tighten stainless tie wraps.
