Repair Features Of Opgw Pre-twisted Wire Repair Strips

In actual operation, due to the effect of stretching, the conductivity will be better and better; (4) The stress distribution of the armour rod in transmission line repair strip is uniform, without stress concentration points, and it can well protect the optical fiber and steel pipe inside the OPGW; (5) The surface of the armor rods conductor repair strip is flat, and the end is rounded, which increases the corona discharge voltage and reduces the power loss; (6) The installation of the pre-twisted wire repair strip is quick, simple and convenient, and no other tools are required. It can be operated by hand. Especially in remote places, there is no need to carry and use clumsy and heavy compression tools; (7) The operation and installation of the pre-twisted wire repair strip is not affected by whether the wire is energized or not, and it can be installed without power outage, which can avoid power outages caused by repairing the OPGW; (8) The inner layer twisting direction of the pre-twisted wire repair strip is opposite to the outer layer twisting direction of the OPGW; (9) The pre-twisted wire repair strip is light, elastic, and has strong tolerance to vibration fatigue.
