Main Technical Parameters Of Bolt Type Tension Clamp And Joint Pipe
13. Crimping procedure
13.1 Cleaning hydraulic pipes: For various hydraulic pipes in use, gasoline should be used to clean the oil stains on the pipe wall, and the zinc scars and welding slags on the pipe should be removed. When the cleaned hydraulic pipe is not used for a short period of time, the pipe mouth should be temporarily blocked and sealed with plastic tape.
13.2 Straighten the ends of the wires to facilitate the subsequent pipe threading operation.
13.3 Stripping aluminum wire
400/50 Measure 150mm and 170mm from the end of the wire and mark them. Use a clamp to clamp the wire at 170mm. Strip the aluminum strands of the wire at 150mm.
When the aluminum wire is stripped to the last layer, chamfer the end of the wire to facilitate the subsequent cutting of the aluminum strands.
It is strictly forbidden to damage the steel core. The method is to cut to 3/4 of the diameter of the aluminum strands and then break them one by one.
14.bolted type strain clamp Main operation steps of "reverse pressure"
dead end strain clamp Dimensions after pipe penetration: Pipe penetration depth 900/40 is 125mm;
125
25
bolted dead end clamp Dimensions of steel pipe after hydraulic pressure: The distance between the wire end and the pipe mouth is about 25mm.
The specific pre-bias value of the 125t hydraulic press is based on the actual measurement after the crimping test.
Hydraulic sequence of aluminum pipe: Start crimping from the pipe mouth on the wire side, press one by one to the marked point E1, pass the non-pressing area, and then press one by one from the marked point C1 to the pipe mouth B1 on the steel anchor side. The crimping area 400/50 on the pipe mouth side is 215mm, and the crimping area on the steel anchor side is 80mm.
Dimensions of aluminum pipe after crimping:
Dimensions of resistant aluminum pipe after pressure: 400/50 is about 445mm in total length and about 35mm in elongation. The specific dimensions are based on the values after the crimping test.

120
400/50: steel pipe length 120mm; steel core exposed 12mm from the pipe mouth; distance between steel core and aluminum wire end 5mm;
wire end distance (i.e. length of non-pressing area) is 155mm.
Hydraulic sequence: press the first die from the center of the steel pipe, then press one die to the pipe mouth, and then press one die to the other side from the center to the pipe mouth.

Steel pipe size after hydraulic pressure:
400/50 steel pipe length 144mm; elongation 24mm; steel core exposed 5mm from the pipe mouth; distance between aluminum wire ends on both sides
155mm.
When using a 125-ton crimping machine, the recommended pre-bias value for 400/50 is 25mm;
The specific pre-bias value of the 125-ton crimping machine is determined based on the actual measurement after the crimping test.
The order of crimping aluminum tubes: start pressing the first die from the tube mouth on the traction field side, and apply pressure to the force field side die by die to the same side mark point B1; after passing the non-pressing area, apply pressure to the tube mouth on the force field side die by die from the other side mark point B2.
155mm
575mm
The size of the aluminum tube after hydraulic pressure: the total length of the 400/50 aluminum tube is 575mm; the length of the non-pressing area is 155mm; the specific size is determined based on the value after the crimping test.
The size of the straight aluminum tube after pressing: the total length of 400/50 is about 575mm, and the elongation is about 55mm. The specific size is determined based on the value after the crimping test.
