Precautions For Installing Epoxy Resin Insulators

1.epoxy resin insulator is packaged in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9673.

2.high voltage epoxy resin is packed in a sturdy, appropriately sized packaging carton for easy transportation.

3.220kV and below products are packaged in cartons, 10kV products are packed in 6 products per carton, and 35kV~220kV products are packed in 3 products per carton. 330kV~750kV products are packaged in round paper tubes, each containing 1 product. When packaging 330kV~750kV, in order to better protect the product from damage, first fix high voltage standoff with 3 radial support plates, then put it in a round paper tube, and finally seal the paper tube with a plastic bag.

4. Each packaging box contains a product certificate and 3~10 instructions for use.

5. The grading rings are packed in cartons. For products of 220kV and below, there are 3 grading rings in a carton. For products of 330kV and above, there are 2 grading rings in a carton. The grading rings include assembled bolts, nuts and spring washers.
