7 Switch temperature is too high
① Contact pressure is too low ① Should be adjusted

② Contact surface is seriously worn or poor contact ② Should be replaced or repaired

③ The connecting screws of the conductive parts in the main circuit are loose or the inlet and outlet lines are in poor contact ③ Tighten the screws or rewire
8 Energy storage motor does not work
① The motor has no power ① Check the primary and secondary input and output voltages of the power transformer and whether the circuit is disconnected

② Motor failure ② Repair the motor stator, rotor coil and carbon brush parts

9 The energy storage motor does not disconnect after operation, and continuous operation occurs. The motor action connecting rod is out of adjustment so that the auxiliary switch cannot be disconnected. Adjust the limit position of the action connecting rod

10 The motor energy storage is over, and the energy storage position indicator light is not on
① The indicator bulb is broken ① Should be replaced

② The auxiliary switch is not closed after operation ② Should be adjusted or replaced
4.2.8 When maintaining the capacitor cabinet, the main switch of the capacitor should be disconnected first, and the capacitors should be discharged one by one with a wire of more than 10mm2, and then the contactor, capacitor connection screws, and grounding devices should be checked to see if they are in good condition, check whether the capacitor has expansion, and clean the dust in the cabinet with a vacuum cleaner.
4.2.9 After all maintenance items are completed, place all low-voltage switches in the off position, remove the safety devices, and check whether there are any tools or items left at the work site. Disconnect the grounding switch on the high-voltage side, close the vacuum Lv Pole Mounted Circuit Breakers, and observe that the transformer is put into operation correctly and then supply power to the low-voltage distribution cabinets one by one.

4.2.10 Maintenance work is completed.

4.3 Safety precautions:

4.3.1 After power failure, the power should be tested and the grounding wire should be hung on the power supply side of the low-voltage circuit breaker.

4.3.2 When operating the high-voltage side switch, you should wear insulating boots and insulating gloves, and have a dedicated person to supervise.
