(1) Before operation, ensure that the circuit breaker is in the corresponding opening and closing positions to prevent the high voltage isolator from being pulled and closed under load.
(2) During operation, if serious defects such as serious damage to the insulator and serious damage to the transmission rod of high voltage isolator switch are found, operation shall not be performed.
(3) If there is a sound from hv isolator, the cause should be found out, otherwise it shall not be pulled or closed hard.
(4) When a locking device is installed between hv isolator switch and the grounding switch and the circuit breaker to prevent misoperation, the switching operation must be performed in sequence. If the switching operation is locked and cannot be operated, the cause should be found out, and the lock shall not be released at will under normal circumstances.
(5) If high voltage electrical isolator and the grounding switch cannot be operated correctly due to the failure of the locking device, the position status of the corresponding circuit breaker and isolator high voltage must be checked strictly according to the locking requirements. Only after verification can the lock be released for operation;
