Pe Grounding Bus In High-capacity Ukk Junction Boxes

Regarding the issue of PE grounding within the distribution blocks electrical series, larger capacity models will adopt a method of connecting PE to a separate grounding busbar. In this layout, the grounding wire is not mixed with the phase wire or neutral wire, but a dedicated grounding busbar is introduced, which is different from the traditional distribution block which is mainly used for power branches. A separate grounding busbar for the PE can provide a unified grounding point for the entire distribution box, while also facilitating on-site inspection and maintenance.

The internal space planning of the power terminal block dedicated grounding bus needs to leave enough wiring area to accommodate the PE bus and multiple branch line terminals. With the DIN rail mounting design, workers can first fix the grounding busbar in the reserved space, and then connect each branch PE line in sequence, thereby maintaining the orderliness of the wiring inside the rectifier box.
