New Type Of Aluminum Alloy Wedge-shaped Tension Clamp

Made of magnesium alloy, the dead end clamp with eye hook is suitable for fixing and tensioning various overhead conductors. This type of dead end loop clamp consists of two wedge-shaped clamps with identical structures. The clamps are connected by a positioning pin and a corresponding pin hole to form a stable wedge-shaped groove. After the upper and lower pressure wire fittings are inserted into the slots, they can be locked in place using spring clips or bolts.

The dead end tension clamp features clamps and clamping components cast from high-strength aluminum alloy, making it lightweight and suitable for high-altitude field operations. The wedge-shaped clamping groove within the clamp fits tightly with the clamping area; after insertion, the clamping component slides along the groove and automatically locks in place, thus securing the conductor.
