Furthermore, the insulating matrix of wire lugs is made of modified engineering plastics or flame-retardant resin, simultaneously improving the dielectric strength, thermal stability, and mechanical strength of electrical lugs. Regarding the interface of terminal lugs, through precision mold processing and surface treatment technology, the contact area between copper lugs and the cable conductor/busbar is reduced, while the contact pressure is increased, thereby achieving stable low-temperature rise performance in actual connection environments.
