The manufacturing method of drop out fuse

The structure of 11 kv drop out fuse includes an upper terminal, an upper cover, an upper contact piece, an upper moving contact, a trip hook, a fuse tube, an ear shaft, a tripper, a shunt, an insulator, a bracket, and a lower terminal; the upper terminal, the upper cover, the upper contact piece, and the trip hook are connected to the upper end of the insulator by a connector, wherein the upper terminal, the upper cover, and one end of the upper contact piece are connected in a one-piece manner, and their common connection is a connecting plate with an upper terminal hole, the upper terminal is connected to the upper terminal hole, the upper contact piece is located at the lower end of the upper cover, the trip hook is located at the lower end of the upper contact piece, the upper moving contact is connected to the upper end of the fuse tube by a connector, the outer side of the upper contact piece has a groove, and when the switch is closed, the groove of the upper contact piece contacts the upper moving contact, wherein the bracket and the lower terminal are connected to the lower end of the insulator by a connector, the shunt is connected to the inner side of the bracket, and the tripper and the ear shaft are connected together and fixed to the lower end of the fuse tube by a connector. With such a structure, the product fuse adopts a single-end exhaust structure, which can ensure reliable disconnection of fault currents from overload to short circuit, and at the same time prevent damage to the lines or equipment above the 11kv drop out fuse installation position during the disconnection process.

The upper moving contact adopts an embedded wedge-shaped contact with good contact performance. A spring is connected to the upper end of the upper moving contact. When the upper moving contact applies positive pressure to the upper contact piece, it ensures that the upper contact piece and the upper moving contact have good conductive contact. After disconnection, the fuse-carrying part falls reliably. During the current disconnection process, the upper moving contact slides after a certain delay, ensuring that the arc is extinguished in the arc extinguishing tube, preventing the upper moving contact from arcing and burning. The silver plating of the contact and the thickening of the upper contact piece improve the reliability and conductivity of the electrical contact. The specially designed opening and breaking hook can effectively guide the upper moving contact into the closing position. The reasonable extrusion bite contact design ensures that the 11kv drop out fuse manufacturer is effectively disconnected in time after the fuse is blown.

The 33kv drop out fuse has tin-plated terminals on the surface, and the structure adopts double grooves, which can easily fix various wires. Using a wrench, the wiring operation can be completed with one hand. The 33kv fuse adopts a one-way downward and outward exhaust method, which can effectively prevent rainwater from intruding and avoid the short-circuit threat posed by free gas to the upper line. There is no fuse link breakage phenomenon, and reliable and stable load breaking can be achieved.
