Method For Fixing Epoxy Resin Sleeves On Wall Formwork
The construction unit needs to select a suitable fixing method based on the specifications of epoxy bushing, the wall thickness, and the concrete pouring process. Common fixing methods include using wire binding, special clamps, or welding embedded parts, each of which must meet the basic requirement of epoxy resin bushing that it does not shift during the pouring process.
In actual construction, the fixing position of epoxy resin cast bushing needs to precisely correspond to the electrical points marked on the architectural drawings. When installing the formwork, the operator should pass epoxy bushing manufacturer through the pre-drilled holes in the formwork and use a double-sided fixing method to enhance stability. For sleeves with larger diameters, it is recommended to add a support frame inside the formwork to prevent the sleeve from deforming due to the lateral pressure generated during concrete pouring.
