Installation Of Wedge-type Tension Clamp

1. Connect the rod-type insulator (or suspension insulator) and connect the pull ring of dead end loop clamp to the insulator.
2. Tighten the wire dead end tension clamp, hook the traction hook of the tensioner on the hanging ring on the insulator, and tighten the wire.
3. Fix the wire fiber optic dead end clamp. When the wire is tight to the specified sag, take out the two inner wedges, pre-set the wire in the shell, hold the two inner wedges on the wire on the left and right, and then push it gently into the shell to adjust the position, and then use a hammer to hit the back of the wedge to make it slightly tight.
4. Remove the tensioner to make fixed dead end clamp bear the wire tension.
