4. The switch bracket or switch support should be installed firmly and horizontally. If the top of the pole is uneven, it can be leveled with concrete in advance.
5.high voltage isolator The two porcelain columns should be upright and parallel to each other. The working error should not exceed 2°. The base should be horizontal. If it is uneven, it can be leveled with gaskets, but the number of gaskets should not exceed three.
6.high voltage isolator switch It should be reliable and flexible to rotate. The contact should have good contact when closing. The cross-section of the lead wire and the connecting wire should be consistent with the rated current of the switch and the equivalent cross-section of the connected contact network. The lead wire should not have joints.
7.hv isolator The contact surface of the contact should be flat, smooth and undamaged, and coated with a conductive medium. hv isolator switch When closing, the contact should be in close contact, and the contact pressure should be uniform without rebound.
When checking the contact with a 0.05mm x 10mm feeler gauge, the contact should not be inserted for line contacts, and the insertion depth for surface contacts should not exceed 4mm when the contact surface width is 50mm or less, and should not exceed 6mm when the contact surface width is 60mm or more.
8.high voltage electrical isolator opening angle and closing state should meet the technical requirements of the product. When the GW4 type isolator high voltage is closed, the knife gate is horizontal and the center lines of the two knife gates coincide; when opening, the knife gate angle is 90°, with an allowable error of +1°; the stop nail gap is 1~3 mm.
