During cable branching, first insert the branch cable into the branch cap and confirm the branching position of the main cable. Then, tighten the torque nut on cable cable piercing connector using a socket wrench.

When doing this, the branch end should be fully inserted into the branch cap, and the main cable and branch cable should be properly parallel. Then, manually tighten the nut to initially secure cable cable ipc connector to the cable.

Next, use a socket wrench matching specification electrical piercing connector to evenly tighten the torque nut. As the wrench rotates, the upper and lower housings gradually close, and the internal piercing blade begins to penetrate the insulation layer of the main cable and contact the conductor. Simultaneously, the sealing ring presses tightly against the cable insulation layer and compresses the sealant, forming a waterproof and insulating connection.

When the torque nut reaches the set torque, the top of the nut will break prematurely, marking the completion of the tightening process. At this point, a stable electrical connection is established between the piercing blade and the main conductor, and a sealed, moisture-proof structure is formed between the insulation connector housing and the insulation layer.
