Application Of Bolt-type Tension Clamps In Tension Anchoring Systems

For transmission line structures, the task of bolted type strain clamp is to securely fix the conductor to the tower or tension string assembly, becoming a key component of the entire tension anchoring system. Clamp dead end strain clamp applies a uniform clamping force to the conductor through the combined action of bolt tightening and the corrugated or pressure plate structure of the clamp body.
When manufacturing clamp bolted dead end clamp, malleable cast iron, aluminum alloy, or stamped steel plate structures are often used. This structure is particularly suitable when the conductor is small to medium cross-section aluminum stranded wire or steel-cored aluminum stranded wire.
