Why Is The High Voltage Disconnector Improperly Assembled?

The manufacturer of high voltage isolator, focusing on a buffer curve, resulted in improper assembly of high voltage isolator switch, affecting the proper operation of the hv isolator spring mechanism. On-site inspection of hv isolator switch revealed that only a large spring, not a small spring, was installed in high voltage electrical isolator. This did not match the isolator high voltage spring assembly drawings provided by the factory.
