Why Is The Effective Contact Area Of The Puncture Wire Clamp Reduced?
Publish Time: Author: Site Editor Visit: 2
Due to creep of the wire, the wire becomes slightly thinner, the diameter decreases, the effective contact area decreases, and the resistance of insulation connector increases. The reduction of the effective contact area of insulation piercing is mainly caused by the reduction of insulation piercing clamp pressure on the wire and the increase of oxidation of the contact surface.
