What To Consider When Choosing Copper Terminal Blocks?
The following points should be considered when choosing copper terminal block:
①Is the wire to be connected hard or soft?
②What is the cross-sectional area of the wire in square millimeters? (excluding the threaded surface)
③How much current and voltage does copper distribution block need to withstand?
④Should a multi-hole connector be selected?
Each copper terminal strip connector, no matter how many holes it has, is internally conductive. So we need a connector with several holes to connect several wires together. For example, a 4-hole connector can connect 4 wires. If only 3 wires are to be connected, leaving one empty hole is enough. Because all connectors are internally connected, the live wire, neutral wire, and ground wire cannot be plugged into the same connector, otherwise it will cause a short circuit. So in any case, there must be one live wire, one neutral wire, and one ground wire.
