Today's smart energy meter are equipped with communication interfaces, and each 3 phase smart meter box is equipped with a data collection interface. All three phase smart meter communication lines need to be connected to a concentrator (with mobile phone card function). The concentrator then aggregates 3 phase wifi energy meter data and uploads it to the power department's server via a public network (such as GPRS).
