The overlap surface of the hard busbar fixed by bolts should be flat, and its silver-plated layer should not have pockmarks, peeling and uncovered parts, and the contact surface of the silver-plated layer should not be filed arbitrarily;
The hard busbar should be straightened and the cut surface should be flat;
The busbar fixing hardware should be free of edges and burrs;
Insulation Piercing Connector should be clean and undamaged.
