What Are The Specifications Of Parallel Trench Clamps For Photovoltaic Power Stations?
single bolt parallel groove connector Commonly used voltages can be divided into 1KV, 10KV, 25KV, and 35KV.
The following is a brief introduction to the structure, installation process, and precautions of 10lv and 35kv cold shrink cable terminals and 10kv cold shrink cable terminals.
1. 10kv three-core cable cold shrink cable terminal
(1) Strip the cable outer sheath, steel belt (if there is a steel belt), inner sheath, and filler between the cores according to the dimensions specified in the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer (the stripping length of the steel belt is mainly determined by the allowable bending radius of the core and the specified phase-to-phase distance, but it is necessary to consider the length of the cold shrink sheath provided on the core). Leave 10mm for the inner sheath and 25mm for the steel belt. Then clean the outer sheath of the cable end about 50mm long.
(2) Install the grounding wire. Install grounding copper rings on the copper shield of the core about 65mm above the steel belt, and fix the grounding braided copper wire and three copper belts on the steel belt with a constant force spring. If the steel belt and the core shield are required to be grounded separately, take another 10mm2 braided copper wire and fix it on the steel belt with a constant force spring, then wrap it with an insulating tape, and then connect the core shield grounding braided copper wire and the three core grounding copper belts to lead out.
Note: The steel belt grounding wire and the core shield grounding wire must not be electrically connected in the terminal head. In order to prevent water vapor from entering the cable along the grounding wire, first wrap the outer sheath with 2 layers of waterproof tape, sandwich the grounding wire in the middle, and then wrap it with 2 layers of waterproof tape on the outside.
(3) Install the cold shrink branch sleeve. Place the cold shrink branch sleeve at the fork of the core, first pull out the plastic spiral strip inside the lower end, and then pull out the plastic spiral strips inside the three finger tubes, shrink and press at the fork of the core.
(4) Install the cold shrink sheath tube. Put three cold shrink sheath tubes on the three wire cores respectively, cover the branch sheath finger tube 15mm below, pull out the plastic spiral strip inside the tube, shrink and press on the copper shield of the wire core. If it is an extended indoor terminal head, shrink the second cold shrink sheath tube in the same way, and overlap the lower end of it with the first one by 15mm. The length from the end of the sheath tube to the end of the wire core should be equal to the size specified in the installation instructions.
(5) Leave a section of copper shielding from the sheath tube mouth upward (45mm for outdoor terminal head and 30mm for indoor terminal head), and peel off the rest.
Leave 10mm of semi-conductive layer, peel off the rest of the semi-conductive layer, and strip the insulation at the end of the wire core according to the depth of the terminal hole plus 10mm.
(6) Start wrapping the semi-conductive tape 10mm from the end of the steel shielding tape until it covers the cable insulation by 10mm, and then return to the copper shielding tape. The junction between the semi-conductive tape and the insulation is required to be smooth (no obvious step).
(7) Crimping the terminal.
(8) Install the cold shrink insulation. First, clean the cable insulation and terminal at the crimping point with a cleaning agent. Apply a small amount of silicone grease to the semi-conductive tape and the nearby insulation surface. Insert the cold shrink insulation to the position specified in the installation instructions, pull out the plastic spiral strip, and shrink and compress it on the cable insulation (if the width of the terminal plate is larger than the inner diameter of the cold shrink insulation, the cold shrink insulation should be installed first, and then the terminal should be crimped).
(9) Wrap the gap between the terminal and the core insulation with an insulating rubber tape, and then wrap it with a leakage-proof tape on the outside.
(10) Wrap the phase color mark on the outside of the three-phase core branch sleeve
Compared with cold shrink cable accessories, although they all rely on elastic compression force to ensure the internal interface characteristics, they do not correspond to the cable cross-section one by one like prefabricated cable accessories, and there are many specifications.
It must be pointed out that before being installed on the cable, the components of the prefabricated cable accessories are without tension, while the cold shrink cable terminal is under high tension. Therefore, it must be ensured that during the storage period, the cold shrink components should not have obvious permanent deformation or elastic stress relaxation. Otherwise, after installation on the cable, there cannot be sufficient elastic compression force, and thus good interface characteristics cannot be guaranteed.
