By vulcanizing pre insulated sleeve under high temperature and high pressure (170℃×15min), the rubber molecular chains are cross-linked, improving the tear resistance of pre insulated junction sleeve (the tear strength of insulated joint sleeve is ≥30N/mm, while that of ordinary casing is only 20N/mm).
