Type A Flexible Waterproof Epoxy Resin Casing National Standard

Type A flexible waterproof epoxy bushing is an important component for pipe wall waterproofing in construction projects. It consists of a steel pipe body, a gland, a rubber sealing ring, and bolts. There is no retaining ring at the bottom; the inner diameter of the flange is smaller than the inner diameter of epoxy resin bushing, which is convenient for pipe penetration. Sealing design: A single-layer rubber sealing ring (type I) is used, epoxy resin cast bushing is suitable for general sealing requirements; type II conical sealing rings can be selected for high sealing scenarios. The gland presses the sealing ring with bolts to achieve a waterproof effect. Size range: DN20-DN3200. Standard length L=300mm (corresponding to wall thickness), and the wall thickness needs to be calculated separately. The inner diameter of epoxy bushing manufacturer must be larger than the outer diameter of the pipe (such as DN100 pipe penetration requires Φ146 epoxy bushing for transformer). It is mainly used in scenes with low water pressure such as the inner walls of buildings and ordinary basements, where the pipeline vibration is small and the external pressure is small; the waterproofing requirements are medium and there is no need to withstand the impact of high-pressure water flow.
