Under normal circumstances, a successful recharge will typically see the power flowing to three phase smart energy meter within 5 minutes. However, under unusual circumstances or during peak hours, the power may flow to the meter later than 5 minutes. If the power hasn't been restored after 24 hours, check if single phase smart energy meter is online. If not, investigate the communication issue and address it. Once smart wifi energy meter is online, the power will naturally flow to the meter. We recommend recharging in advance to avoid recharging after a power outage.
