The Difference Between Ejection Type Fuse And Drop Type Fuse
The difference between jet fuse and dropout fuse of transformer
What are the differences between jet fuse and expulsion drop out fuse? Let me explain them to you one by one!
Jet fuse is mainly used in urban and rural power transmission and distribution systems in the power industry. It can realize full-range protection (overload and circuit breaker faults). It is an updated product of traditional high-voltage fuses during drop. Jet fuse complies with GB15166.3 GB/T15166.4 and other standards. The plug-in structure that combines the insulating bracket and the arc extinguishing tube into one, and the bell-mouth structure of the lower contact in the lower card seat have a straightening and guiding effect on the arc extinguishing tube, making the closing success rate reach 100%, solving the disadvantage of the low closing success rate of the traditional drop fuse.
The traditional fuse drop out fault-free breaking phenomenon is mainly caused by severe weather such as blizzards. When the upper contact is equipped with a fully enclosed stainless steel anti-fouling cover, it avoids the damage of wind, sand, rain and snow, and has strong resistance to natural disasters, thus eliminating the phenomenon of fault-free breaking, providing reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the line. At the same time, the conductor contact surface is increased, and the silver plating of the contact surface greatly reduces the contact resistance, and the heating of the contact and the ignition due to oxidation corrosion can be avoided. The plug-in structure also solves the problem of arc short circuit caused by the operation of pulling and closing.
