Technical Requirements For Suspension Clamps

Materials and fasteners
a.abc suspension clamp body and pressure plate shall be made of forgeable cast iron of grade not less than KT33-8 in accordance with GB978-67 "Classification and Technical Conditions of Forgeable Iron Castings";
b.j hook suspension clamp hanging plate and U-shaped screws shall be made of steel with tensile strength not less than 372.5N/mm2 (372.5MPa) in accordance with GB700-79 "Technical Conditions of Ordinary Carbon Structural Steel";
c. Support pipe shall be made of YB 231-70 "Seamless Steel Pipe";
d. Nut shall be made of GB 41-76 "Hexagonal Nut (Rough)";
e. Washer shall be made of GB 95-76 "Washer (Rough)";
f. Spring washer shall be made of GB 93-76 "Spring washer";
g. Bolt shall be made of SD 25-82 "Hexagonal bolt with pin hole";
h. The closing pin shall comply with SD 26-82 "Closing Pin".
The breaking load of suspension clamp for ab cable shall not be less than the following values:
58.8kN for XCS-5 type;
58.8kN for XCS-6 type.
