Technical Process Of Epoxy Resin Sleeve Bonding Construction
Before on-site operation of component epoxy bushing, the construction team needs to clean the bonding surface, including removing oil, dust, and other surface impurities. This treatment improves the surface wettability of the resin adhesive. Surface treatment can be achieved by wiping with a dry cloth or using appropriate chemical cleaning methods, which can improve the physical condition of the adhesive interface and create favorable starting conditions for subsequent component epoxy resin bushing construction.
During the adhesive bonding stage, based on the dimensions of component epoxy resin cast bushing and the properties of the materials being bonded, the construction personnel select the appropriate amount of adhesive and application method. The adhesive is distributed on the inner and outer contact surfaces of the sleeve by brushing or injection, ensuring that the resin evenly covers the connection area. Controlling the curing environment directly affects the progress of the curing chemical reaction; curing is the process of converting a chemical reaction into a three-dimensional thermal solid.
