During the manufacturing process of armor rod preformed, every step is meticulously monitored and controlled. Production consists of stages including wire forming, shearing and chamfering, ultrasonic cleaning, screening and grouping, adhesive bonding and sanding, stranding and bending, and packaging.

Cleaning and surface treatment must meet the specified standards. After ultrasonic treatment and cleaning fluid treatment, the preformed armour rod is then grouped and bundled to prevent deformation or wear during handling or subsequent processing.

The finally stranded armor rods undergoes mechanical strength and fatigue testing, primarily focusing on static tensile and high-cyclic fatigue. Test items include yield strength, breaking strength, uniform elongation, and elongation at break.
