Specifications For Hydraulic Crimping Of Tension Wire Clamps
4.4 Pipe threading
(1) Insert the bolted type strain clamp body, paying attention to the direction of the drain plate.
(2) Pass the dead end strain clamp conductor through the tension aluminum body, then screw the steel anchor into the conductor threaded tube, and screw in bolted dead end clamp until the steel anchor is completely inserted into the conductor threaded tube. (Note: When threading, follow the twisting direction of the steel strand and maintain the original pitch).
(3) After the steel anchor is screwed in, withdraw it together with the conductor until the steel anchor has a step position 115-200mm deep, and then crimp it in the order of the first and second dies on the right until it is close to the position where the drain plate cannot be crimped. After crimping is completed, crimp it to the end of the tube in the order of the first and second dies on the left. The overall crimping is completed. Note: When crimping, each subsequent die overlaps 1/3 of the previous die.
