Analysis of the SF6 circuit breaker action process:
The action process of the Y02 tripping coil: The tripping relay (K02) is set in the tripping circuit. Under the premise that the gas pressure is qualified (that is, the K03 relay is not actuated), the power supply passes through the closed point of K03 from the positive pole through the command contact in turn - reaches the K02 tripping relay coil - the K02 (13, 14) normally open point is closed - passes through the S01 (1, 2) contact (S01 (1, 2) is closed when the circuit is closed) - the Y02 tripping electromagnet -
returns to the negative pole of the power supply. The Y02 tripping electromagnet is energized and hits the switch detent mechanism, and sf6 circuit breaker operating mechanism realizes the tripping.
The conditions for the action of the Y02 tripping coil: First, the gas pressure must be qualified. Only when the gas relay does not issue a locking command (K03, K13 are not actuated) sf6 circuit breaker spring mechanism is the tripping allowed; secondly, the circuit breaker must be in the closed position to issue a tripping command, and the circuit is locked through the auxiliary contact of the circuit breaker S01.
