Set The Extrusion Pre-insulation Sleeve Mold Heating Temperature According To The Material

2. Extrusion:
Select a pre insulated sleeve die for extrusion and heat it up, using different temperatures for different materials.
Clean the machine and completely remove any remaining material from the previous extrusion using the pre insulated junction sleeve material. (Ensure there is no mixed color in different color materials, and no mixed material in different insulated joint sleeve materials.)
Adjust the die, taking care to avoid wall deviation. (When adjusting wall deviation, use moderate pressure and avoid large adjustments, especially for thin-walled tubes.)
