Requirements For The Operating Mechanism Of Sf6 Circuit Breakers After Adding Adsorbent
After the adsorbent has been treated in the high-temperature oven and naturally cooled to ambient temperature, it must be immediately loaded into equipment sf6 circuit breaker operating mechanism. The cooled adsorbent contains extremely low levels of impurities and moisture, which positively impacts subsequent gas isolation and mechanical operation. The adsorbent fits tightly into the circuit breaker's internal sealed cavity; timely placement reduces the contact between external moisture and contaminants and the internal insulating medium, thus minimizing the risk of increased moisture content in the gas medium.
The operating mechanism is responsible for converting external control signals into the opening and closing actions of the circuit breaker contacts, and its performance is closely related to the switching response of the entire sf6 circuit breaker spring mechanism circuit. After the adsorbent is loaded, the free movement of the mechanical mechanism and the fit clearance of the linkage need to be checked and adjusted in time to ensure stability in subsequent operation cycles.
