Silicone pre insulated sleeve, also known as silicone tube, can be divided into "extruded tube" and "special-shaped tube strip" according to the production process. The products are widely used in motor manufacturing, shipbuilding heavy industry, military industry and daily consumer goods.
Silicone rubber is a new type of polymer elastic material with excellent high temperature resistance (250-300℃) and low temperature resistance (-40-60℃), good physical and chemical stability, and can withstand repeated harsh and disinfection conditions. It has excellent resilience and small permanent deformation (200℃ 48 hours not more than 50%), breakdown voltage (20-25KV/mm), ozone resistance, UV resistance, radiation resistance and other characteristics. Special silicone rubber also has oil resistance.
