The German-imported catenary cross-linking production line and online partial discharge detection system have been introduced to achieve an insulation layer thickness deviation of pre insulated sleeve ≤ 0.02mm and a withstand voltage test accuracy of ±1%. Each pre insulated junction sleeve must undergo 12 tests before leaving the factory (including temperature resistance test, withstand voltage test, aging test, and environmental protection test), and the defective rate of insulated joint sleeve is controlled within 0.03%.
