Precise Installation Method Of The Lower Clamp Of The Parallel Groove Clamp

Position the lower clamp (base) of groove clamp below the wire, aligning it with the wire's center. After this setup, align the upper clamp with the lower clamp and gently close it, ensuring the wire fits snugly into the groove of the lower clamp.

Check that the wire is centered within the lower clamp. Adjust the clamp position until the wire is horizontal and symmetrical within the bottom groove.

Place the upper clamp over the wire, aligning it with the lower clamp, ensuring the two halves of the housing are fully joined, and then screw in the bolt. After tightening the bolt, the internal groove of parallel groove will hold the wire, and the metal part of the wire will make good contact with the internal guide vane of parallel groove clamp connector, thus securely fixing the wire between the clamps.

The tightening process should be smooth and even. After tightening, confirm that the wire is not significantly offset or skewed, and that the housing of pg clamp connector is securely closed without any looseness.
