Pre Insulated Sleeve Winding And Packaging Process

Rewinding:
Adjust the meter counter according to the pre insulated sleeve instructions. The reel will automatically stop upon an alarm. Strapping and wrapping are then performed.
Packaging:
Inner packaging for pre insulated junction sleeve: Wrap the finished product securely with stretch film. Be careful not to wrap too tightly, as this can cause deformation.
Secondary packaging for insulated joint sleeve: Wrap with kraft paper to ensure complete coverage.
For outer packaging, securely wrap with tape and place in a plastic bag.
